1. Replacement Policy

NONSTOP offers a replacement policy for products that have manufacturing defects or are damaged during transit. We do not offer refunds except in specific cases of transit damage where a replacement is not possible.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your product has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Transit Damage: If your product arrives damaged due to transit, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Conditions:

  • The product must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases where the product has been damaged during transit and a replacement is not possible.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Transit Damage: If a product is damaged during transit and a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the claim is verified.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you believe your product is eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

    • If your claim is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
  4. Replacement or Refund Processing:

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or refund as per our policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is returned due to a defect or damage that qualifies for a replacement, NONSTOP will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
