Dr. Akash Singh is a leading Sports and Rehab Physiotherapist known for his dynamic approach to movement, recovery, and performance. With over a decade of hands-on experience treating elite athletes, post-surgical patients, and chronic pain cases, Dr. Singh combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of functional biomechanics.

1. Warm-Up & Joint Prep (5 mins)
Dynamic movements to increase blood flow
Controlled articular rotations (CARs) for major joints

2. Upper Body Flow (10 mins)
Thoracic spine mobility
Shoulder controlled movements
Scapular control drills

3. Lower Body Flow (15 mins)
Hip mobility (90/90s, deep squat holds, internal/external rotations)
Ankle dorsiflexion work
Dynamic hamstring and calf mobility

4. Spinal Flow & Core Integration (10 mins)
Cat-cow, segmental spinal movements
Functional core engagement through movement (e.g. dead bug variations, bird-dogs)

5. Cool-Down & Breathwork (5 mins)
Grounding stretches
Diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation

Attendees will leave feeling more mobile, aware of their body’s potential, and equipped with simple tools to keep their joints healthy and pain-free.
